<p style="text-align="left">The mining magnetometer from Heritage Geophysics offers the exploration geologist an unsurpassed combination of high sensitivity cesium magnetometer, coupled to a high accuracy GPS, and delivered with a magnetic mapping package to accurately model and locate anomalies of interest. The Mining Magnetometer is an excellent choice for mineral exploration, oil and gas development, even archaeology.

<p style="text-align="left">The Mining Magnetometer allows the operator to quickly acquire a high-resolution walking survey and easily generate a magnetic anomaly map of potential mineral zones. The Mining Magnetometer is designed to operate in the harshest conditions you will encounter, from scorching sandstorms to arctic blizzards. The rugged and field proven console and cesium sensor never need factory recalibration or adjustment. Continuous data acquisition with integrated GPS yield faster surveys allowing the operator to map large areas with ease.

<p style="text-align="left">Petroleum and geologic exploration surveys benefit from the Mining Magnetomer's high speed, low noise and high sensitivity. It incorporates a WAAS/EGNOS enabled NovatelT GPS for accurate survey position and operates world wide. The system includes free processing software providing data profiling or contouring for in-field or laboratory analysis.

<p style="text-align="left">This low-cost cesium vapor magnetometer system offers mining and oil and gas survey companies the best total field magnetic survey tool available. A graphical interface makes survey design and data acquisition quick and efficient. A "Simple" or "Mapped" Mode uses line numbers and known staked reference points to define the map parameters. Or the user may use the integrated Novatel Smart AntennaT GPS for mapping positions automatically. Position information may come from an external GPS, from regularly spaced fiducial marks input by the operator or both. At any time, the user may switch to "profile" mode to observe the last 5 data lines as stacked profiles.

<p style="text-align="left">Data is collected by the Mining Magnetometer in up to 5 separate survey files and transferred via high speed RS−232 data link (or USB with converter) to a computer for further analysis and map generation. The full featured graphical data editing program MagMap2000 is provided to allow repositioning, realignment, GPS smoothing, data filtering and interpolation of the data. After editing, the data is formatted in either Surfer for Windows or Geosoft formats for further plotting and analysis.
